Articles can be sent back to us and exchanged without extra costs within 20 days of the purchase date within the framework of our returning rights.

How do I send an article back?

If you want to exchange any of our products you can request the return through our website.  Once you get the return note, place it on the package with the item to exchange inside, and it will be picked up in your home by our partners for your convenience.  Please note that only whole outfits can be exchanged (same as when they were purchased), not individual elements of outfits.

How do I get a return shipping label?

You can request a return label on our website.  Under my “My Orders,” please send us a message with your reason for returning.  You will then receive the return label per email, which then just needs to be printed out and adhered to the package.   

Is it possible to return multiple packages with one shipping label?

It is only possible to return one package per return shipping label.

Is it possible to exchange any article?

Our products can be exchanged for other sizes or products assuming the items you are returning are unused, in perfect condition and we have the newly requested items in our warehouse.

LITTLE DETAILS reserves the right to refuse clothes that are not in the same condition as they have been sent.  LITTLE DETAILS also reserves the right to reject returns that were registered to return/exchange OR sent out in the mail past the 30 day limit.
